What is your wholesale stores minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is extremely small at just one size run package. Our designs are sold in packages with one of each size available in a package. As we are purely a wholesale seller unfortunately our items are not available to purchase as singles.
Where are your items shipped from? Where do you ship to?
Our items are all manufactured and stored in Turkey. Although we have a base in the United Kingdom, all of our items are currently shipped from our depo in Turkey. We use fedex/ UPS / DHL and shipping usually takes 3-5 days worldwide.
How is shipping calculated?
Why do your shipping charges differ order to order?
Shipping is paid on the volumetric weight of the order, depending on your location. If your order is large your shipping charge will be more. We charge a 50 USD deposit for shipping. Should your shipping be less, we will refund any excess charges within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Should your order cost more we will email you with the details the balance. Can I return purchases ?
Pampa Apparel is a Business to Business service provider and as such returns are not generally accepted, unless in the unlikely event that items arrive faulty. Please see our terms and conditions pages for further information.
We ensure that our clients are aware of the products they are purchasing in terms of description and quantities before purchasing.
