IDEA
Every fabulous design begins with an idea. The first step in production begins with understanding your needs and working together on the new ideas. Some of our clients come to us armed with a wealth of information and technical drawings for the products they wish to manufacturer. On the other hand many of our customers have an idea they need help bringing to fruition. Whatever your starting point, we can help you progress.
SAMPLE
Our Sample lead time is about 7 business days. Depending on the difficulty of the product, this period may take up to 2 weeks. If you are 100% happy with your sample product then we will begin production. If you would like to make modifications to your sample we work with you until you are 100% happy.
DESIGN
The most time consuming part of the process is the design process. If you already have your design and technical packs prepared, a production sample is created based on the design or sample received from you. If you do not have any product visuals or samples available, design samples will be prepared based on the information provided.
MANUFACTURING
If the chosen fabrics are ready fabrics, the production lead time is 2-3 weeks. If you have designed your own custom fabric, production lead time is 4-6 weeks.
QUOTATION
The price quote is prepared after the product content, specifications and desired quantity are specified.
SHIPMENT
Air cargo takes 2-5 days with Fedex or UPS.
